they're playing at the Garrick on Garry. it's a great venue, saw clutch there and they rocked the shit.

I'd love to be there. The 28th is my birthday, and Winnipeg seems like a pretty cool place. I've got friends up there.

last night i saw a show at the new War On Music location. which reinforced the fact that winnipeg may suck, but our music scene doesn't.

Well there is an ex-Winnipeger here (I live in DC now) if that counts for anything and makes you feel better.

I'll always associate the Garrick with movies, as it was a movie theater first before they started having shows there. In my years back there I never once saw a show there though since they got rid of the theater. I have no idea what its like hopefully its a good venue for concerts...
