i got 3 month of from college soon and wanna go see some good bands (somewhere in the north east possibly), but all the more popular bands like isis or pelican arnt playing in the uk. all ive found is devil sold his soul playing in newcastle, which is alright considering their post metalcore.

Newcastle and the North East is pretty dead for gigs on the whole.

But good here's some good UK underground bands to check out, they are mostly from the North so may well play near where you are, normally with other good bands.
