NACHTMYSTIUM

This was The Swan King's first show and you couldn't tell. Dallas Thomas the guitarist came to Chicago over a year ago and has been working at getting a band together. A band to look forward to in the future.

Next was Indian. The last time I saw this combo was at a High on Fire show a few years ago. Since then, they cut out the keys and added a guitar. Kinda like a stoner doom sound in my opinion. Sounded great!

And to headline this all Chicago metal showcase, Nachtmystium. Once again I have not seen this band since the opened for Torche & Boris last year. They got a whole lot better in my opinion. straight forward, dark and powerful. If you don't know them check them out. They will be out on tour next month.

what was Nachtmystium's setlist? I would love to see them live, but I am not going to sit through bands that they tour with.
